Calvert Brain & Fraulo Architectural Ltd provides high quality Consultancy Services for the built environment. We have an extensive knowledge of Architectural Design and can offer in excess of 30 years of experience and expertise.
We operate in all sectors and regularly undertake commissions on residential, commercial, industrial, retail and public buildings and provide a service that encompasses every aspect of building design required for either new build developments, extensions, remodelling, renovation or refurbishment. We provide a variety of services from feasibility studies through to detailed designs and drawings for planning permission, building regulations, tendering and contract administration.

We commissioned Calvert Brain & Fraulo Architectural Ltd to prepare architectural Building Regs drawings for our home extension project together with Calvert Brain & Fraulo Ltd to undertake the necessary structural engineering calculations and designs.
The project was a huge undertaking for us due to the complexity of the alterations to the existing property and the open plan nature of the large extension.
Our experience of the service provided by the two complementary companies has been exceptional and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They were very sensitive to our exacting requirements and the tight budget we were working with and worked creatively and cleverly to deliver them. Throughout the project the team communicated with us, explained the issues, offered options and always delivered on or before the deadlines. In our experience, their speed of response, flexibility, attention to details, and level of professionalism has been nothing short of perfect.

Calvert, Brain and Fraulo were recommended by our builder to help us modify and re-submit existing plans for a new build. We found they were extremely thorough and professional and also very approachable, dealing with any problems promptly.
Roy guided us through a previously unforseen difficulty with building regs which required meticulous attention to detail and could have jeopardized the whole project. He took on board our own ideas and made some imaginative suggestions which transformed an ordinary building into something special.
