The design brief was to form a sun lounge at the back, rear left corner of the property, with a small area of the first-floor mezzanine to form a study and some internal alterations to the existing ground floor to create an open-plan living area.

The design solution not only matched the client’s brief but also managed to obtain the Mayor’s Design Awards under the Highly Commended Extensions category.
