Originally designed by us to be two industrial units and with foundations and floor slab constructed to this specification, the building was purchased by our clients and planning permission obtained for three office units.  Both the architectural practice and the structural engineering firm were involved in this development.  Initially the engineers checked that the existing structure was adequate for the new arrangement and then detailed drawings and designs were completed for building regulations purposes and tendering.  Input continued to be provided with detailed planning of the internal fit out to completion.  It is clear to see from the photographs that there has been a keen eye for detail in every aspect of the design and implementation of the works, resulting in probably the nicest internal and external office development in King’s Lynn and the surrounding areas.
