Mill Road, Watlington

The project brief was to prepare Building Regulations drawings together with supporting drawings & documents for a discharge of condition application. We prepared detailed design drawings and building regulations specifications. The client built the property themselves and retained our services if any questions arose on-site.

It is a two-storey, four-bedroom family home with an integral garage. The rendered front gable wall added interest to the design and blended well with other facing brick facades and the red pantiled roof. Both Building Regulations and discharge of conditions applications went smoothly, and we managed to get all approvals for the client.
