Our clients wanted an additional bedroom and a study to this detached bungalow. They also wanted an outdoor covered patio area accessible from the existing lounge.

The design proposal was a single-storey side extension forming an L-shaped bungalow with the same eaves and ridge heights. The red pantiles, red bricks and shiplap boarding in the extension all sought to reflect the existing character and appearance of the bungalow.
