The site is situated in the delightful and unspoilt village of Helhoughton, which is not far from the market town of Fakenham and the sandy beaches of the North Norfolk coast. The project was a conversion of unused agricultural buildings to five units of holiday accommodation with views over the common and pond.

The process involved carefully restoring and renovating the structure to create a comfortable and functional space for guests. The conversion included adding modern amenities such as kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems while still maintaining the character and charm of the original building. When converting a barn into holiday accommodation, we gave importance to the needs and preferences of potential guests, such as the number of bedrooms, the layout of the living space, and any outdoor amenities.
