Calvert Brain & Fraulo Architectural Ltd is well experienced in the preparation of measured surveys for land and all types of buildings.
The measured survey allows for us to reproduce the footprint of any plot or building externally and internally. These drawings can be used to show the gross internal area of the space available for rent they can to be used as lease plans for your property or they can be the base plans required to produce a feasible scheme for extensions or alterations.
The drawings may be comparatively simple, identifying the positions of walls, partitions, windows and the like, or more complex to include identification of structural materials, service pipe routes, power outlets, etc.
The detail and information that can be included on the elevations once again will vary from client to client depending on the proposed use for the survey, from a basic lease plan to a full detailed survey including all fixtures, fittings, lighting, electrics etc.
The final survey can be reproduced in either AutoCAD DWG / DWF format, PDF format or paper copies, depending on our client’s preference.
