FULL APPLICATIONS
 

This is the most popular route for clients of Calvert Brain & Fraulo Architectural Ltd to choose to follow. A Full Plans Application requires the preparation of a detailed set of Floor Plans, Elevations and specification for the work showing the existing situation and the proposals.

Where detailed drawings have been prepared for approval under the Building Regulations these will often be usable for an application for full planning permission as well. However, additional information that is not normally shown on Building Regulations drawings may be required for planning control purposes.

Full Planning permission once granted lasts for three years.
