ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 

Calvert Brain & Fraulo Architectural Ltd has the specialised software to produce SAP Carbon Index calculations required by Building Control as part of a Building Regulations submission.

We are currently working towards the accreditation necessary for us to issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) at the completion of building works, which has been mandatory since October 2008. An EPC will be required whenever a building is built, sold or rented out. The certificate provides 'A' to 'G' ratings for the energy efficiency of the building, with 'A' being the most energy efficient and 'G' being the least.

Calvert Brain & Fraulo Architectural Ltd is currently involved in projects requiring the application of The Code for Sustainable Homes.
