Once Planning Permission and Building Regulation Approval has been granted Calvert Brain & Fraulo Architectural Ltd are able to prepare Contract Documents and Tender Schemes to appropriate local building firms and subsequently oversee the construction work, thus ensuring work is completed in accordance with our designs and good standards of building and also providing our clients with appropriate advice during the construction phase. When acting in this capacity we will also deal with the authorisation of stage payments to Contractors and provide professional advice to completion of the Project.
